Wild Adventures

Wild Adventures is a theme park and water park located five miles from Valdosta, Georgia.
The park began in 1996 as a small petting zoo and grew to become one of the Top 50 theme parks in North America. Situated on 166-acres, the park has the largest collection of rides of any amusement park in the South, including eight roller coasters and seven water rides. Wild Adventures is also home to hundreds of exotic animals and offers live entertainment, including concerts and seasonal festivals.
The included Splash Island Water Park (open seasonally) sports a Polynesian theme and its attractions include a 20,000 square-foot wave pool, lazy river, speed slides, tube slides, children's water play area and the popular Wahee Cyclone, a five-story Tornado multiple rider tube slide.
Wild Adventures and Splash Island has been owned and operated by Herschend Family Entertainment since September 2007.
