Six Flags Discovery Kingdom

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom is the only combination wildlife park, theme park and oceanarium in the world. Previously known as Six Flags Marine World, this re-branded 136-acre theme park features more than 50 rides, shows and animal attractions in three themed areas.

Upon entry to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom guests will begin their park experience in Explorers Outpost. From here you'll start your adventure through the park's three areas – Land, Sea and Sky.

The "Land" is where guests will see live animal exhibits and get the chance to interact with some of the park's many animals. The Land is home to the birds, tigers and giraffes at Six Flags.

The "Sea" is the oceanarium and marine animal portion. Here the park showcases animals and creates of the seas. Dolphins, sea lions, and walruses star in entertaining live shows. It's also the place to feed or pet dolphins and stingrays and meet Six Flags' adorable penguins.

Thrill-seekers will find plenty to do in the "Sky" area. Here is where guests will find a collection of thrilling rides and giant roller coasters. Hop on board roller coasters like The Joker, Medusa, Vertical Velocity, and Kong. There is also a large collection of children's rides and this is the place where you can meet and greet the Looney Tunes and Justice League Super Heroes.

Six Flags Discovery Kingdom offers seasonal events like Fright Fest during Halloween and Holiday in the Park during the month of December.
