Quassy Amusement Park

Quassy Amusement Park is situated on the south shore of Lake Quassapaug in Middlebury, Connecticut. Founded in 1908, this small amusement park is a hidden gem and offers families a safe, affordable good time.
The park has 23 rides on 20 acres, plus The Saturation Station interactive water play area with waterslides and Quassy Beach, a sandy beach with swimming in the spring-fed lake.
The amusement park rides include the park's signature attraction – Wooden Warrior – a family sized wooden coaster that has received rave reviews from coaster enthusiasts worldwide. Other popular rides include the Bumper Cars, Yo-Yo Super Swing ride, swinging Pirate Ship and a Free Fall drop tower.
Quassy has paddle boats on Lake Quassapaug for rent and offers rides on a steam boat named Quassy Queen II that travels around the beautiful lake.
The park also has a large arcade with video and redemption games, food stands and a restaurant for your enjoyment. Quassy's picnic grove is where you're welcome to cook your own food. For groups the park has two catering pavilions where they can host company outings, family reunions and events for 100 to 2,000 people. hey also host birthday parties for 10 to 100 on several patios.
