Morey's Mariner's Landing

Morey's Piers located on the boardwalk in Wildwood, New Jersey are three amusement parks and two waterparks built on three separate piers: Morey's Surfside Pier (25th Avenue), Mariners Landing (Schellenger Avenue) and Wild Wheels Adventure Pier (Spencer Avenue).

Mariner's Landing dates to 1930 when it started as Playland and was an extension of the Amusement Center that was operating on the opposite side (land side) of the Boardwalk. Playland was renamed Marine Pier in 1950.

Then in 1976 it was purchased by the Morey family and renamed Mariner's Landing. When the Morey family purchased Marine Pier it was fire damaged and seven of the twelve rides had to be scrapped.
