Niagara Amusement Park & Splash World (formerly Fantasy Island or Martin's Fantasy Island) is an amusement park in Western New York near Niagara Falls and the Canadian border. The park prides itself on offering safe, quality, fun entertainment in a wholesome family atmosphere.
Opened in 1961 on 12 acres, the park expanded over the years to offer more than two-dozen rides and attractions, live shows, plus a water park.
Niagara Amusement Park is presently rebuilding its offerings. The flagship attraction at the park is the Silver Comet wooden coaster that has been thrilling roller coaster fans since its debut in 1999. Other rides found here include flying scooters, a scrambler, carousel, bumper cars, and a train.
For parents with young children, the park's Kiddieland is the perfect place to introduce your youngsters to their first amusement park rides.
The included Splash Water water park open on operating days from June through Labor Day features thrilling slides and a lazy river to float. Some of the more popular attractions are a four-lane racing mat slide – Dragsters Drench and the Cannonbowl tube ride.
Niagara Amusement Park & Splash World is affordable and admission is priced on a pay-one-price basis that includes all rides, shows, and canoes, plus entry to the water park. Parking is free.
