After sitting idle for four years Kentucky Kingdom reopened for the 2014 season with new management and $50 million in renovations.

This 58-acre park located on the State Fairgrounds in Louisville, Kentucky is a combination theme park and waterpark. The list of attractions includes several roller coasters, family rides, live entertainment and amusement rides for kids.

The adjacent Hurricane Bay waterpark is included with admission and featured a water coaster, interactive water play structure, 750,000-gallon wave pool, Tornado tube ride and lazy river.
