Darien Lake

Darien Lake theme park is located in upstate New York between Buffalo and Rochester.

The largest theme park in the state, Darien Lake has more than 45 rides, including six roller coasters and three water rides. The park also boasts of having the region's largest water park that is included with regular admission.

For the 2012 season, the park is spending more than $5-million on new attractions and park upgrades, including the addition of Rowdy's Ridge, a family area with three new rides.

Darien Lake also has a 20,000-seat performing arts center, that hosts live musical acts, a full-service, on-site hotel, plus recreational vehicle and tent campsites.
