Buena Park, CA -- Knott's Berry Farm is preparing for spring break crowds this year with Snoopy's Spring Safari in Knott's Camp Snoopy.
The once quiet retreat in the wilderness has been transformed into a wild expedition into the untamed jungle featuring a variety of activities for explorers ages 11 and under.
The Peanuts gang will present and performing "Charlie Brown's Jungle Journey" at the Camp Snoopy Theatre. This live musical revue stars Charlie Brown and his closest pals in an adventure through some uncharted terrain where you never know what you will encounter.
At Sally's Swamp Suds guests will have to navigate a fantasy jungle that leads to a bubbly bog of foam and fun. On Linus' Adventure Trail explorers will have to keep their balance across the barrel bridge and navigate through a cave before reaching the Bug Bungalow, where they will get up close and personal with the creepy-crawlies of the Safari.
As you're forging through Camp Snoopy on your safari, make sure to keep your eyes open. With monkeys, lions and elephants running wild, you never know when you might run into one of the jungle's friendly animals.
Knott's Spring Crafts Fair will also be taking over the park's famed Ghost Town for spring break. Artisans from throughout Southern California will be on hand selling a unique mix of crafts, jewelry, clothing and other gift items.
Snoopy's Spring Safari promotion runs April 4 – 19 and is included with regular theme park admission. Knott's Berry Farm opens daily at 10:00 am. Snoopy's Spring Safari breaks camp at 5:00pm each day.
