Six Flags Parks Maintain Guest Satisfaction Ratings

New York -- Guest approval of Six Flags Theme Parks (NYSE: SIX) remains at or above all-time highs, maintaining last year's record scores the company reported. Guests rated Six Flags highest for safety, atmosphere and the product.

According to Six Flags, guests rate them highest for safety, atmosphere and the product.

"The quality of our product remains at an all-time high virtually across the board," said Mark Shapiro, Six Flags President and CEO.

The surveys were conducted by independent firm Delta Market Research of Hatboro, Pennsylvania, a nationally recognized company which has researched all aspects of the theme park industry for companies including The Walt Disney Company. These results reflect input from guests at twelve Six Flags locations.

The key areas in which guests rated the performance of Six Flags parks at or above all-time high levels included: Ride Safety, Park cleanliness, Value for the Money, Enforcement of Guest Code of Conduct Policy, Speed of Food Lines

Shapiro also mentioned that performance to date has positioned Six Flags to be free cash flow positive for the first time in the history of the company.

In addition, 78% of Guests stated that they definitely will recommend Six Flags to a friend and 72% definitely will visit again this year or next, maintaining record highs for the company.

Shapiro added, "A strong brand, a strong offering, and a strong value proposition will resonate in this economy."
