Cedar Fair Declares First Quarter Cash Distribution

Sandusky, OH -- Cedar Fair Entertainment (NYSE: FUN), leader of regional amusement parks, water parks and active entertainment, once again declared their quarterly cash distribution.

Cedar Fair will pay 48 cents per limited partner unit to shareholders of record May 5, 2008. The payment is consistent with the company's increased annualized distribution rate of $1.92 per unit that was announced in February.

The latest payment represents Cedar Fair's 84th consecutive quarterly cash distribution.

The company will also issue a news release and host a conference call with analysts on Tuesday, May 6 to discuss its 2008 first quarter earnings results.
