Six Flags and Kraft Foods Together Launch Promotion

New York -- Six Flags (NYSE: SIX) announced they've formed a marketing and promotional partnership with Kraft Foods, Inc. (NYSE: KFT). Under this new agreement, Six Flags will offer a "Play Like A Kid, Pay Like A Kid" promotion on up to one million packages of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese.

Beginning this July, consumers purchasing specially marked five-box value packs of Kraft Macaroni & Cheese will receive an offer enabling them to visit any Six Flags theme park – and pay only the kids' admission price. The promotional discount offer can be redeemed online and is good for up to six members of the family.

"Kraft Macaroni & Cheese is more than one of the world's best-known brands – it's the quintessential family brand. This new partnership highlights more than ever that Six Flags is the place that favorite family-friendly brands come to reach their audiences," said Lou Koskovolis, Six Flags Executive Vice President of Corporate Alliances. "It's an ideal opportunity for us to reach out to the millions of moms who love and trust the Kraft Macaroni & Cheese brand; this alliance will enable more families to spend quality time together during a day of fun and entertainment at Six Flags."

"We're looking forward to working with Six Flags on this exciting summertime promotion that is sure to thrill kids and moms who love Kraft Macaroni & Cheese," said Laura Kloske of Kraft Foods. "Six Flags' mission of putting families first resonates perfectly with our brand's vision."
