Free Park Admission During Knott's Annual Toy Drive

Buena Park, CA -- Knott's Berry Farm is again sponsoring the annual US Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots Drive. Guests who bring a new, unwrapped toy valued at ten dollars or more receive free admission to the theme park on weekends through December 17.

The toy drive benefits disadvantaged children throughout Southern California. U.S. Marine Corps Reserve personnel distribute the toys to children in need throughout Southern California.

Last year's Toys for Tots campaign at Knott's Berry Farm collected close to 90,000 toys. The park hopes to exceed that number this December.

Snoopy Celebrates the Season - The world's most famous beagle tops the Christmas tree at Knott's Merry Farm. This year's festivities include a Christmas parade, all-new ice show, a crafts fair and thousands of holiday decorations.

To brighten the holidays of soldiers stationed overseas, the 2006 Toys for Tots Campaign will also feature Pen Pals for Soldiers. Knott's guests can write notes and greetings to our men and women currently serving in Iraq and other countries.

Knott's Merry Farm returns this year with new holiday attractions. The Park, has been transformed into a spectacular holiday wonderland, that includes holiday activities for the whole family including a colorful Christmas parade.

The "Spirit of the Season" parade is a brand new Christmas celebration with six elaborately themed floats featuring the Peanuts gang and accompanied by local children's singing and dancing groups. Children and adults alike will be able to get into the holiday spirit as they become part of a magical world of dancing snowmen, oversized toys and glittering Christmas trees.

Knott's Charles M. Schultz Theatre will debut Snoopy's Cool Christmas ice spectacular hosted by the famous skating Beagle. The ice show features Knott's ensemble skaters, dazzling sets, colorful costumes and plenty of surprises.

Returning to Knott's for another year is the Elf Mountain Christmas. Knott's famous Timber Mountain Log Ride has been transformed into a world of Elves getting ready for Santa's busiest day. Elf Mountain Christmas is open until January 1.
