New York -- Six Flags has started the "pre-season sale" of its 2007 Season Passes at their lowest prices of the year. The season passes offer purchasers a host of new benefits that enhance the Six Flags Season Pass and make it unparalleled value in the theme park industry.
"Families buying their Six Flags Season Passes from now through the end of December will find the lowest prices as well as a broad spectrum of guest benefits unmatched by any other theme parks," said Mark Shapiro, Six Flags President and CEO. "We hope that the families who began to re-discover the new Six Flags in 2006 will take this opportunity to get their season passes for 2007, when the Six Flags experience at its very core will be about great guest service."

In addition, guests can also purchase the new Six Flags Season Parking Pass that is valid at every Six Flags park all-year long.
Six Flags Season Pass buyers will also receive a "Value Book" with extra benefits worth more than $300. The added benefits include five "bring-a-friend" free tickets and a free companion ticket good for admission at any Six Flags park. Another benefit this year is a 15% discount on merchandise all season long whenever the passholder spends more than $25 in a park store.
Six Flags also plans to offer special events exclusively for passholders. Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson, New Jersey will be hosting "Rise & Scream - Extreme Coaster Mornings" Mondays through Thursdays from June through August. This exclusive benefit will give season passholders an hour of exclusive ride time before the general public on a rotating selection of the park's most popular roller coasters.
Some Six Flags park will be offering a "Coasters After Dark" event where the park will stay open past their scheduled closing time only for season passholders.
Guests who purchase and activate a 2007 Six Flags Season Pass will be automatically entered into Six Flags' Dream Nite contest. The six winners per park will get their own private party at their local Six Flags theme park along with 100 of their friends and family.
