Myrtle Beach Pavilion "Last Ride" Tickets Now On Sale

Myrtle Beach Pavilion Farewell SeasonMyrtle Beach, SC — Tickets for the exclusive "Last Ride" Park Experience on September 30, 2006, are currently on sale. The "Last Ride" event is the climax of the "Farewell Season" and will be the last opportunity for park patrons to enjoy the rides and make Pavilion memories. The Pavilion will be closed to the general public for the "Last Ride" Park Experience which will take place from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Advance admission prices are: $20 for 3-6 year olds and $35 for 7 and up. A limited number of tickets will be sold; if all tickets are not sold before September 30, tickets will be available at the gate.

"There is a lot excitement building for the Last Ride Park Experience and we're already seeing a great demand for tickets," said Tim Ruedy, vice president of operations for Burroughs & Chapin Company, Inc.'s sports, entertainment & recreation division. "Many people are starting to realize how special it will be to be in the park on its last day of operations. We want people to come out and enjoy all that the Myrtle Beach Pavilion has offered throughout the years and make one last memory to last a lifetime. It will be a bittersweet day for all of us, but a very memorable one."

The admission price includes unlimited rides, snacks inside the park, a commemorative gift, entertainment by clowns and a nostalgic band on The Pavilion stage.
