Sandusky, OH -- Cedar Fair said it has no plans to build a theme park in China despite reports. The project in question was a $625 million theme park that CBS announced it would build in Tianjin, China to become part of the Paramount Theme Park chain.
According to Cedar Fair, they rejected this project and others when they acquired the Paramount Parks last month.
Another rejected project was a plan to invest in an indoor water park resort being built next to the newly acquired Paramount's Kings Island park in Cincinnati.
