Singapore -- James Cameron and the world's largest casino operator, Harrah's Entertainment are working together in a bid to create a high-tech theme park at a new casino and mega-resort in Singapore. Cameron the executive producer on this project called "iPort" will contribute the rights and oversight to develop interactive rides based on his hit movies.

Already two attractions discussed are based on Cameron's "Aliens" and "Titanic" movies. The Titanic attraction is described by Cameron as a restaurant-slash-near-death-experience. Other attractions will be based on anime characters or video games.

The bid is part of a development project to enhance the Marina Bay site. The winning bid will be announced later this year and if accepted, the theme park will open in 2010.
