Buena Park, CA -- Knott's Berry Farm rocks in the New Year with a special ticket contemporary Christian entertainment celebration including top musical headliners performing throughout the theme park.
Praise 2006 combines a night of famous Knott's attractions such as Silver Bullet and GhostRider with the biggest names in contemporary Christian music. Dec. 31 headliners include chart-toppers Sanctus Real, Todd Agnew, ZOEgirl, Matthew West and Skillet.
The Toledo, Ohio, foursome, Sanctus Real, made a strong debut album in 2002 with "Say It Loud." Christianity Today made them a "top pick" for '03 and the Gospel Music Association handed the band two Dove Award nominations. Their new album, "Fight the Tide," is due in stores April 4.
Todd Agnew's debut album "Grace Like Rain" hit No. 1 on the Christian Radio Charts and melds rock, blues, soul and gospel to capture fans of all music genres. Agnew's latest album "Reflections of Something" chronicles the artist's two-year journey since "Grace Like Rain."
Partygoers can ring in the New Year aboard one of Knott's Berry Farm's many exciting attractions including GhostRider, Xcelerator and Silver Bullet, Knott's first suspended coaster. Also adding to the New Year's Eve festivities will be a spectacular midnight fireworks celebration.
Praise 2006 on Dec. 31, 2005, is a special ticket event not covered by regular Knott's Berry Farm admission. Tickets are $38 each presale and $45 each day of event, $33 each for groups of 15 or more with two-day advance reservation (includes one free ticket for every 15 purchased).
