Largo, MD -- Grab your swimsuits and beach towels and get swept away on a new tropical Caribbean adventure! Introducing the ultimate makeover - Six Flags Hurricane Harbor waterpark at Six Flags America - including three exciting new attractions, new savory dining experiences and a new vibrant open-air street retail market. Six Flags Hurricane Harbor is a Caribbean paradise boasting hundreds of wildly wet water activities and hours of fun for all ages.

Torndado, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor and Six Flags AmericaDebuting this summer- Six Flags Hurricane Harbor features not one, but two new, exhilarating, family thrill-rides-the award-winning attraction, Tornado, along with the new extreme tubing experience, Bahama Blast will leave you cheering for more! Plus, little ones will enjoy the new custom-designed kids water play area, Buccaneer Beach.

Tornado resembles an enormous 60-foot-tall household funnel turned on its side. The experience begins 75 feet in the air as riders who are willing to brave the storm, journey down a 132-foot-long tunnel in a 4-person cloverleaf shaped tube. These unique tubes navigate the inside of the tunnel, splashing back and forth on 5,000 gallons of swirling water! When riders arrive at the vortex of the Tornado, they are sent through the "eye of the storm" into a catch pool below! Ride the Ultimate Storm-Tornado!

Bahama Blast is another 4-person inner tube adventure beginning at the top of a 55-foot tower. This experience sends riders twisting and splashing along a 517-foot-long, triple-dip course as they maneuver through a spiraling slide of mammoth proportions. The fun is intensified by a serpentine section of closed, dark track that bursts into an equally exciting and adventuresome section of sunny, open track, culminating in a refreshing splash into a cool catch pool. It's a Blast-Bahama Blast!

Buccaneer Beach, Six Flags Hurricane Harbor and Six Flags AmericaBuccaneer Beach was custom-designed for Six Flags Hurricane Harbor specifically with the little pirates in mind. The splashy play zone features lots of unique, interactive water activities that would-be explorers can enjoy while adults relax! The new dual pool action attraction features water tiki curtains, whimsical slides, a pirate ship for the lil' explorers, lush spouting palms and more cool wet adventures.
