Roller Coaster Cars Bump At Geauga Lake

Aurora, OH -- Two cars on the Big Dipper roller coaster at Geauga Lake amusement park bumped each other causing minor injuries.

The incident occurred in the afternoon on Sunday, September 26.

According to a park spokesperson three people sustained minor injuries, but only one required treatment. The one individual was transported to a nearby hospital and was later released.

Officials were not sure how the cars on the two-car train bumped each other, but the park planned to conduct an investigation.
