Michael Jackson Likely To Build Amusement Park

Warsaw, Poland -- Legendary pop star Michael Jackson will visit Warsaw next week to continue talks about building a major amusement park in the Polish capital.

According to reports Jackson will visit the city on March 14-15 to possibly sign a deal to purchase land and commit to building a major entertainment complex, which includes an amusement park.

The pop star had previously intended to build a $500 million entertainment attraction in 1997. That deal fell through after protests from local residents and government officials over the proposed location next to the Wisla River.

Jackson first visited Poland in 1996 and was greeted by fans that persuaded him to consider building an attraction. Officials would not confirm any talks, but others speculate that such a project may become a reality this time around.
