Second Rider Claims Injury on Superman Ride of Steel Coaster

Darien Center, NY -- Park officials at Six Flags Darien Lake are investigating a claim by a 12-year-old boy, that he was injured on the Superman Ride of Steel roller coaster last Friday.

The youngster claims that he hit his head, while riding the roller coaster and as a result his eye was swollen shut.

Officials from the park say that they are looking into the claim and commented that this is the first time this kind of injury has happened.
