CCI Prepares to Begin Work on Lake Compounce Coaster

Bristol, CT - Custom Coasters International is about ready to begin construction on a new out and back wooden terrain coaster at Lake Compounce in Bristol, Connecticut.

According to a report last week the park received final approvals from the local governments to begin construction on the new wooden coaster.

The new 145 foot tall custom wooden coaster will run along the mountainside that borders the one side of the park. Sources are reporting that some minor land clearing and site work has already begun.

The official ground breaking to be followed by some major work on the new coaster is expected to take place within the next couple of weeks.
