Disneyland Settles Suit Over Brain Injury from Ride

Anaheim, CA -- Disneyland lawyers agreed to settle a suit filed by Deborah Bynum over a brain hemorrhage she claims she received on the Indiana Jones Adventure ride at Disneyland. The suit claimed that Bynum developed an aneurysm and bleeding in the brain after riding the attraction in 1998.

According to reports Disneyland lawyers reached an agreement on Tuesday, June 19 and settled the suit for an undisclosed sum. Park officials insist that the ride is safe and many medical professionals doubt that an amusement park ride can actually cause such an industry.
