Sandusky, OH -- Cedar Point proudly unveiled the largest roller coaster in the world named "Millinnium Force". The following are the statistic for this new coaster, which will break ten world records.


Track Length: 6,595 feet
Lift Height: 310 feet
Angle of Lift Hill: 45 degrees
Vertical Drop: 300 feet
Angle of Descent: 80 degrees
Second Hill Height: 169 feet
Third Hill Height: 182 feet
Time: Approximately 2 minutes and 45 seconds
Speed: Approximately 92 mph

Model: Out-and-back coaster

Structure: Steel tubular track


Tiered seating on the coaster's cars for better viewing (similar to stadium seating)

122-degree overbanked turns (extremely banked, but not quite inverted)
Two tunnels

Elevator cable system; first of its kind in the world

New magnetic braking system

Ride Capacity: Approximately 1,600 riders per hour
