Busch Gardens Tampa Expands Shuttle Service from Orlando

Tampa, FL -- Orlando and Central Florida residents and visitors now have a more convenient way to visit Busch Gardens Tampa Bay aboard the Busch Gardens Shuttle Express. The service includes five routes with connecting service from 40 other locations throughout Central Florida. Round-trip service begins July 1, 2000, and costs $5.00 per guest. The Shuttle Express includes five 47-passenger air-conditioned luxury coaches featuring in-transit video entertainment.

Passengers can board the Shuttle Express at five different locations: SeaWorld Orlando, Mercado Shopping Village, Lake Buena Vista Factory Outlet Mall, Universal Studios and Kissimmee Old Town Shopping Village. Morning pick-up times range from 8:00 a.m. to 10:15 a.m., with shuttles returning from Busch Gardens to Orlando locations at 5 p.m., 6 p.m., and 8 p.m.

"With additional pick-up and connecting locations, the Shuttle Express makes a visit to Busch Gardens a quick and comfortable 60-minute experience everyday of the week."

The Busch Gardens Shuttle Express also services 40 connecting hotel locations in the Central Florida area in conjunction with existing Orlando Flex Ticket transportation routes. Complimentary shuttle service is available to guests who purchase the 5-Park Orlando Flex Ticket which includes admission to Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet-N-Wild and SeaWorld Orlando.
