Sea World Texas Announces New Attractions and Shows

San Antonio, TX -- Sea World Adventure Park announced that they will offer new award-winning evening entertainment, a re-designed Shamu Stadium and new children's rides for the upcoming season, which begins on March 11.

According to the park the new children's rides will be incorporated into the existing Shamu's Happy Harbor children's play area. The new rides include a Ferris wheel, mini-tea cup ride, and a Jumpin' Star.

The Jumpin' Star will shoot riders 20-feet into the air before dropping them back to the ground.

Officials also announced changes to Shamu Stadium and the popular killer whale show. Changes to the show and stadium will include adding the capability to broadcast several underwater portions of performance on a big television screen.

This year Sea World will also offer a new evening entertainment. The new Hollywood Live On Ice is an award-winning show that will be moved to the park from Busch Gardens Tampa.
