Wrongful Death Suit Filed Against Six Flags and Intamin AG

Arlington, TX - A lawsuit has been filed against Six Flags and Intamin AG over the death of the woman killed on the Roaring Rapids attraction last month at Six Flags Over Texas.

The wrongful death suit seeks unspecified damages from the river ride manufacturer Intamin AG and Six Flags Over Texas. Officials from both companies declined to comment.

Members of the family filed the lawsuit last Friday, April 9 in Tarrant County. The suit is on behalf of 4-year Dana Blunt, whose mother, Valeria Cartwright, was killed in the accident.
