Dover Lake Waterpark Plans To Build Thrill Rides

Sagamore Hills, OH - April 1, 1999 -- Amusement park rides are currently being considered for the Dover Lake Waterpark located in Sagamore Hills, Ohio.

A recent report stated that the local Zoning Commission would draft regulations governing the number, height and size of the rides that may be built at the 55-acre water park. The commission wants to minimize the noise impact on local residents, who are opposed to the plan.

Officials for Dover Lake have stated that they hope to build two roller coasters, a Tilt-A-Whirl, Ferris wheel, carousel and some other rides at the park.
