Six Flags America Opens Earlier Than Ever

Largo, MD -- Can't make it to the "sunny south" for Spring Break? Aren't heading "down the ocean" either? Six Flags America has the ultimate answer to spring fever with its first ever Spring Break Sneak Peak celebration!

Six Flags America opens its gates earlier than ever before so guests can start the fun of 2001 during Spring Break Sneak Peak! Drop the books, throw on the shades, grab some friends and head to Six Flags America April 11 - 16 (closed Easter Sunday) and get a jump start on summer fun. Beat the summer crowds and enjoy all the sensational rides, games, shows and attractions from 10:30 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Little ones should make a "b-line" to Looney Tunes Movie Town for a special holiday souvenir. The first 100 kids 48" and under can have their picture taken FREE with Bugs Bunny each day during Spring Break Sneak Peak.

Can't get enough? The fun doesn't end at spring break! Six Flags America extends this spectacular sneak peak to the remaining April weekends. The park will be open April 21-22 and 28-29 from 10:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. for more thrills and excitement.

When spring fever gives way to the hazy days of summer, Six Flags America will be open weekends through Memorial Day plus May 11 & 18. Daily operation begins on Thursday, May 24 and continues through September 3 plus September 9, 15 & 16. Paradise Island Water Park will be open May 26-27; June 1-3; and daily June 8 - September 3.
