Cedar Fair Ends Talks With Visionland Park

Sandusky, OH -- Cedar Fair L.P., a publicly traded partnership which owns and operates five amusement parks, confirmed today that it had terminated discussions with the owner of VisionLand, an amusement park located near Birmingham, Alabama, as it was unable to reach agreement on the terms of a definitive management contract and related financing for the park.
