Cedar Point Event To Benefit American Red Cross

Sandusky, OH -- The 12th annual American Red Cross Miniature Golf Challenge at Cedar Point amusement park, is set to tee off on Wednesday, May 7. Proceeds from the competition will help raise money for the Firelands Chapter of the American Red Cross.

Located adjacent to Cedar Point, Challenge Park features a wide variety of excitement for the entire family. Challenge Racing features two action-packed individual racetracks to choose from, while Challenge Golf delights golfers with two 18-hole miniature golf courses. The RipCord Skycoaster sends its flyers soaring through the air at incredible speeds and amazing heights.

The tournament will be a four-person, 36-hole scramble with a shotgun start at 4:30 pm. Teams of four can enter the challenge for $100 or individuals can enter for $25 and be placed on a team. Teams can compete in a skins game for an additional fee of $10. Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams, plus the total score of each team will be randomly combined with a mystery team to compete for additional prizes.
