Six Flags Takes Over Interim Management of Jazzland

Oklahoma City, OK -- The world's largest regional theme park company, Six Flags, Inc., has been named the interim manager of Jazzland theme park in New Orleans. For Jazzland guests and season passholders, that means the assurance of world-class entertainment and an ongoing commitment to fun. As part of the management agreement, Six Flags has agreed to accept 2002 Jazzland season passes at each of its Six Flags Theme Parks. The company operates 15 Six Flags branded parks in the U.S. and three internationally.

"There simply is no better family entertainment value than a Jazzland or Six Flags season pass," said Hank Salemi, Six Flags senior vice president of marketing. "A season pass provides unlimited visits to the park along with free admission to many special events and performances throughout the season. We welcome Jazzland season passholders to visit any of our neighboring Six Flags Theme Parks or any they may travel to this summer."

All 2002 Jazzland season passes, purchased pre-season or since park opening, will be valid throughout the entire season at Jazzland and will also be honored at the following Six Flags Theme Parks: Six Flags Over Georgia, Atlanta, GA; Six Flags Darien Lake, Buffalo, NY; Six Flags Great America, Chicago, IL; Six Flags Worlds of Adventure, Cleveland, OH; Six Flags Over Texas, Dallas, TX; Six Flags Elitch Gardens, Denver, CO; Six Flags AstroWorld, Houston, TX; Six Flags Magic Mountain, Los Angeles, CA; Six Flags Kentucky Kingdom, Louisville, KY; Six Flags New England, Agawam, MA; Six Flags Great Adventure, Jackson, NJ; Six Flags Fiesta Texas, San Antonio, TX; Six Flags Marine World, Vallejo, CA; Six Flags St. Louis, St. Louis, MO; Six Flags America, Baltimore/Washington DC; Six Flags Mexico, Mexico City; Six Flags Belgium, Brussels; and Six Flags Holland, Netherlands. Six Flags season passes are not valid at Jazzland.
