Public Asked To Help Six Flags Bring Back Killer Whales

Aurora, OH -- Six Flags Worlds of Adventure is calling for the public to help bring the killer whales back to the Ohio theme park.

The park stated that they have filed applications with the Federal government to bring two killer whales to the park. The whales will be on a long-term breeding loan from their respective facilities and will participate in educational and conservation oriented presentations at the park.

The whales an 8-year-old female and 10-year-old male will take up residence at the park within the next year should the permit be approved.

The public can help by writing letters of support to the National Marine Fisheries Service during a 30-day public comment period.

The park sincerely appreciates any positive and encouraging comments you would care to submit. The deadline to submit comments is March 27.
