It's a tossup and both coasters are now gone. Dorney's Hercules - aka HurtMyKnees and SF GrAdv's Viper (or as I called it, Diaper). Then you have coasters which had multiple trains and some were rougher than others - a good example was Sf GrAdv's Scream Machine. Others that shook me up were the former Wildcat at Hershey which is an RMC hybrid now. That ride was only rideable in the first 3 rows (for me). I rode it once in the back and had to sit on a bench for 15 minutes just to get my bearings back.

Infusion at Blackpool Pleasure Beach, the only ride I've been on that I'll never do again

The Scream Machine at Six Flags Great Adventure is another roller coaster that had multiple trains, and it seems that some of them were rougher than others. Sometimes, the placement within the train can also affect the ride experience, with some rows being smoother than others. This is a very interesting area, but even in it sometimes you want to relax, recently discovered Grande Vegas free spins, discover more, and now I relax often) As for the former Wildcat at Hershey, it has been transformed into an RMC (Rocky Mountain Construction) hybrid coaster. RMC is known for their conversions of existing wooden coasters into smoother and more thrilling experiences. It's interesting that you found it only rideable in the first three rows, as different seats on a coaster can provide different sensations.

King Solomon's Mines (wooden wild mouse) at Pleasureland, Southport. The Blackpool mouse was good. This, unfortunately, was not.

The roughest coaster I've ridden was probably the "Steel Thunderbolt" at Thrillville Park. It really gave me a wild ride! Jewish Wedding Ceremonies

It's fascinating that you could only enjoy the ride from the top three rows, since different places on a roller coaster can provide riders very diverse experiences.
