What the most painful and most headbanging coaster ever and why?

I went to SFNE in 2017, and Goliath(SFNE) gives an absolutely awful, bone rattling and very rough experience. It makes it's nearby cousin (the boomerang 'Flashback') look okay in comparison.

Is flashback boomerang in the same park as Goliath?. Is there headbanging on flashback?. Can you describe me in detail what element on Goliath at sfne is the most painful and most intense and most headbanging?. Is Goliath the worst steel coaster u ever been on?.

^^^Yup, two boomerangs in the same park. Flashback had some headbanging, but it wasn't too bad when riding defensively. Yes, Goliath is the roughest steelie IMO. I can't describe in tons of detail, but all that I remember was headbanging, horrible vibrations, and jolty track throughout the ride; a definite one hitter quitter!

The problem with Goliath is the new trains, and Vekoma wear and tear over the years. I rode a facsimile a long time ago with it's original trains (Deja Vu at SFOG) and that ride was great.
