Haven't been on a lot of them, however I'd have to put Kingda Ka at the top for me.
A lot of people rag on it because it's a 1 (or 2) trick pony, but it's definitely intense. It's also gotten more painful over the years.

Brief Thoughts:
Intimidator 305 - most intense (I gray out)
Steel vengeance - I get throne all over the place
X2 - totally disorienting (outside seats hurt)
Millennium force - speed, speed, more speed
Xcelerator (KBF) - crazy launch
Top Thrill / Kingda Ka - so high, so fast
Twisted Colossus, Cyclone - crazy turns and drops
Tatsu - most intense of all American B&M flyers
Goliath / Titan - great first drops, but that's all
