Premier's entire financial year end 10-K405 finalcial submittal is now available for viewing online.

Among the many things available in that document is how much land is owned/rented by Premier at each of their parks. This should aid in any expansion questions. The total acerages of land at all Six Flags parks:

1. SFGAdv and Wild Safari(2200 acres)!! 2. SFDL(988 acres) 3. SFA(515 acres) 4. SFStL(497 acres) 5. SFGAm(440 acres) 6. Great Escape(368 acres) 7. SFoG(280 acres) 8. SFO(263 acres) 9. SFMM(248 acres) 10. SFNE(230 acres) 11. SFFT(206 acres) 12. SFoT(200 acres) 13. SFMW(136 acres) 14. SFEG(67 acres) 15. SFKK(58 acres)

I had no idea SFDL and SFA had that much land!

Also in the report is the following good news:

Premier sees, "significant opportunities to aquire additional theme parks" and "intends to continue ongoing expansion of rides, attractions, and overall park maintanance of our parks to maintain their appeal."

From theme park operations (not including stock, long term debt concerns, etc) Premier made $926 million in revenue and had $774 million in total operationg costs. This means Premier had a net income from theme park operations of $152 million.

Granted, there are lots of other expenses listed in the report, but basically Premier has a lot of money to spend on its parks.

There is a lot of legal mumbo jumbo, but I am still reading the document and find it immensely interesting. Follow the link below to view the document. Use the headings on the left hand of the page to navigate the file. Enjoy! --K
