Why do I black out?
I'm a huge rollercoaster fan , but why do I start to black out on the inverted loops of the "Batman" at Six Flags? Everytime I go through one of those loops, my eyes fuzz over for a second. Not cool. Is there any way I can prevent that?

You are greying out on this ride.... tighten up on your abs and legs to prevent pooling of blood in you abs and legs... that will give you another .5- 1 G more of consioness... personaly I trained on a centerfuge.. I can take up to 6.5 G's sustained before greying out.... everyone has different tolerence to the G-Forces....e

Here's another suggestion - I used to "grey out" in Goliath's helix, and I found that keeping my arms above my head also helped me to avoid the black out sensation.

Kevin -- just admit it -- now that you're ALMOST 40 years OLD, age is catching up with you. I'll have you know that I've NEVER had that experience, but talking with another ALMOST 40 year old -- Patripman, I understand what you're experiencing. Another thought is that money exchange from Canadian to US currency. Man, you must be lightheaded to begin with when you lose so much right off the bat(man)! heehee Anyway, try Brongaar's suggestion. It makes sense to me.

I don't really have a suggestion, but I noticed on the loop on Stealth(I FINALLY RODE IT!)made me start to grey out.

Hey now
I'm only 19 and I experience the same thing on Mamba's helix. It is no fun, I miss the best part :-(
hee, hee
Thanks to all you guys who gave serious suggestions (and thanks for the not-so-serious ones as well!) Maybe there's another Kevin on here who is 40, but I'm only 18. (Should I do something to distinguish myself from him?) I'm a really small person, so maybe I just have a low tolerance to G forces. How ironically sad that is... Hehe oh well!

Sorry Kevin, thought it was you who posted this. Oh well, you're still ALMOST 40...just 2 months to go. LOL! Just wait, and see, you'll notice changes once you're in your 40. What once were aches are now pains. heehee
