IMO: Most rides at SFOG are above average, and some exceed that. Here is a quick break down on all the coasters.

1. Georgia Scorcher: My #1 fav coaster there. Great speed, airtime and a unique camelback effect. Size doesn't matter. 10/10

2. Batman the Ride: Same deal as with any other clone out there. Great pos. g's, fast, and always a thrill. 8/10

3. Mindbender: Great terain looping coaster with NO shoulder harness!! Just a lap bar!! Can we say 'fly' 9/10

4. Ninja: If you are into alot of head banging action, then this is your ticket to a great headache. 5/10

5. Great American Scream Machine: The second oldest coaster in the park and it still delivers. Even though the lake is drained under this ride, it still delivers with major airtime on every hill. Just be sure to pull yours back down at the very end 8/10

6. Viper: Your basic shuttle looping coaster. Best seat is in the back 7/10

7. Mine Train: A beginner coaster that is more of a family ride than any other. Don't blink, or you will miss the suprise ending..... 4/10

8. Georgia Cylcone: The mother of all cyclone clone's and consider by many the be the best. The unique curving first drop and all the monster g's you can take. Unless you are a daredevil, be sure to lock up your seatbelt and you lap bar tight. 9/10

There you have it. An overall breakdown of my home park's coasters. Some other things that you might want to ride:

Wheelie: The only good flat ride they have

Splash Waterfalls: YOU WILL GET SOAKED

Looping starship: If your lucky, you may get some serious hangtime at the top while you re upside-down. My record was 12 seconds. When you see this ride in action, you'll know what I mean

I hope this helps. Take care and have fun!!!

I totally agree with Rainman on his rankings for rides at Six Flags over Georgia. And he's not kidding about getting a headache on the Ninja (I personally don't like that ride!) Expect to wait in line for the most popular rides: the Scorcher, Batman, and the Mindbender. DO ride the Looping Starship!!! And don't forget the Freefall (my personal favorite since I like big drops!) Have fun, and wear some suntan lotion.

I also agree with Rainman's rankings except two of them. I have to disagree with the Cyclone and Scorcher ratings. The Cyclone should have a 10/10 and the Scorcher should have a 8 or 9/10. IMO, the Cyclone is the best ride in the park. This ride is pure hell! Like I always say... The best Cyclone-clone around!

I really hate Ninja. It's way too bumpy and I always come off with a headache.

Just my opinion on things..

I gotta agree. You hit it right on the button, like the comment about the Mine Train ending.
