Help, what happened!?!

I have been playing my Rolle Coaster Tycoon 3 Platinum park without any problems until I randomly entered coaster cam one time, and this happened (see picture). I have tried creating a new park, getting on older parks, reinstalling, and shutting down the computer. I have no idea how to fix this. Thanks in advance

If you can't view the picture what happens is that every time I enter coaster cam at night, the track and/or coaster turns bright white when it should be a different color (ex. dark blue)
