I finished the first objective and then what? nothing happens it doesnt give me anything else.

If all of the people in your park started clapping and it showed up that you complete the objective. save the game and go back to 'new game'. Then it should have added your park value under that land option and a green check mark to the right of it.
Click on another park, and enjoy!!
