Can anyone tell me how to use the Launched Lift
Hill feature on the Steel Twister Coaster? On one
of the pre-made coasters that came with the game,
I replaced the conventional chain lift with a
launched lift hill, and the intensity rating shot
up to Ultra-Extreme. I know that there are real
life coasters with launched lifts, but I've never
seen them, and therefore, don't know what happens
immediately after the train leaves the launched
lift. I hope someone here can explain to me how
to design a coaster with a launched lift hill,
and/or maybe even send me their tracks, so I can
get some ideas. Thanks for any help.

Hulk at IOA has a launched lift hill, as does Space Mountain at Disneyland Paris. Hul goes straight into a corkscrew - I've not ridden it so I couln't describe it in detail though.

Fixing a Launched lift hill onto the conventional coasters is a very dodgy business, as you are effectively adding another 20-50 mph onto the speed at the bottom of the first drop. A launched lift hill, followed by a short coast up and over a hill can result in a very impressive amount of airtime, though. I built a full coaster of a similar to Magnum XL-200 with this track.
Don't ask me to post it, as it's on my own computer, as opposed to a university machine.
