Black Screen Problems On RCT 3?

Ok, I dont know if this has been discussed in here before but I bought Roller Coaster Tycoon 3 and it worked fine the first time. But then when I went to play it again it loaded the park and everything was black except the mountain in the background and none of the rides show up.

To get it to work I have to reinstall it everytime. I exchanged the game, but the same thing has happened with this one. Any help would be appreciated.
