HOW DO I GET AROUND THE RATING SYSTEM SO I CAN BUILD A MEGA PARK WITHOUT IT BEING CLOSED DOWN. LIKE IN A SANDBOX MODE.

Basically you need to drop a couple of big pre-built coasters that have a high excitemnet. Then your rating will be high enough to custom build rides. Throw a couple of Thrill Rides in as well, just to keep the peeps busy until your big custom gets laid in.
