1.The steel twister has 4-wide seats, you can have an inline twist like inverted, and has a launch lift hill like HULK

Further to this, yes, you can have floorless trains as an upgrade.
There are also turntables for the logflume, loops for the vertical coaster and a loop for the woodie.
