The Wendy Fox Appeal
Dear All,
I hope you don't mind me posting a request for help for an old schoolfriend of mine who is in danger of losing her life.
Wendy Fox is 36 years old and sufers from Lyme disease, a debilitating condition which has left her paralysed from the waist down and in constant pain.
The NHS have refused to pay for her treatment, saying that it is "too costly". Without help, Wendy will probably suffer a long, painful death - her paralysis is showing signs of spreading and she needs funds for Mepron, a prescription drug, which can help to halt the damage done to her body.
Wendy has one chance - help from donations. If you can find it in your good nature to donate even one pound to Wendy's appeal, you can help to save her life.
