Martin & Vleminckx will build the first woody for a new chinese park. The ride will open in 2009.

It looks absolute lovely! This is my idea of what a woodie should be - two or three large hills viewed from the side, with twister bowl sections at each end.

Am I correct in thinking this is Martin & Vleminckx's first full-gauge woodie? I only know their coaster at Cypress Gardens, and I think that's junior gauge.

This is quite the coaster, and I love those big hills, there's going to be some nice floater air (pull-over in the back).
