This classic "out and back" wooden coaster was designed by Herbert Paul Schmeck and built by the Philadelphia Toboggan Company. Yankee Cannonball is assigned PTC serial number #86 and operated at Lakewood Park in Waterbury, Connecticut for five years before moving to Canobie Lake Park where it continues to operate today.
