The Typhoon roller coaster was the main attraction for Santa's Midway. This 1,836-foot long steel twister featured a single inclined loop inversion.

Santa's Village and the Typhoon roller coaster closed at the end of the 2005 season. The roller coaster was sold at auction in 2006 to a traveling amusement ride operator based in Arizona.

2005 – Last operating season at Santa's Village.

2006 – Sold at auction to RCS (Ray Cammack Shows) a traveling amusement ride operator for $250,000.

Typhoon presently operates as Rainier Rush at Puyallup Fairgrounds (Puyallup, WA)

Features: Twister Layout, Inclined Loop

Opening date: July 27, 1998

Train has three cars with two rows each, seating two abreast per row.

Height requirement: Riders must be at least 52 inches tall
