Silver Dollar City's Thunderation is located at the top of a hill so the roller coaster begins the second the train leaves the station. This Mine Train coaster features a thrilling terrain layout through thickly wooded areas that leads to a helix that descends into a tunnel. The lift hill on Thunderration comes about three-fourths of the way through the ride.
